I'm beginning my training.I need continue it until the end of December.
I will swim at 12:30PM.
The only thing that I need is eat less to lose weight.
I will drink white tea now and a lot of water.
Water is everything to be with health and lose weight.
I ate 1 bread and a cup of coffee of breakfast.
During the morning I will eat one fruit:apple or pear.
I'm happy with the beginning of my day.
